These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Accuracy of product information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer’s, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of groov-e.co.uk is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Groov-e cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at our discretion.

If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our costs, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and also inclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. General advertising offers on products may not necessarily be obtained on this site.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Due to the limited availability of items purchased in our special offers and clearance sections we cannot guarantee fulfilment of your order. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide the item we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. Payment Methods
We accept Visa debit card/credit card and Mastercard. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card/debit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card/debitcard has been properly received.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges – for UK Mainland only. Northern Ireland(BT), Isle of Man(IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles(PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles(HS, ZE) may incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. You will be notified of any extra charge before the order is processed and despatched. Deliveries will only be despatched Monday-Friday (exclusive of Bank Holiday’s). Delivery to Europe will be charged at £15 per order. Delivery to the rest of the world will be charged at £30 per order.

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

groov-e shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, and financial loss. groov-e’s liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours from delivery.
Shortages: Any shortages must be will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours from delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 48 hours days from delivery.
Faults: A product is deemed to be faulty on arrival if it shows symptoms of a failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box. In such instances please contact customer services within 7 days from the delivery date. You must return the faulty item yourself and we are not liable to pay for postage of return.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date. We are not liable to pay for postage of return of goods.

Voucher Codes and Discount Coupons
If you have a voucher code or discount coupon, please enter this in the "Coupon Code" area during checkout. The voucher will then be applied to your final price. Please note the voucher code/coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotions on the website, unless otherwise stated.

Faulty Returns & Product Guarantees
Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our product support team you will be offered the following options:
• A replacement: this item will be shipped to you at our own expense.
• A repair: the repaired item will be shipped to you at our own expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
• A full refund provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.

If the product is not deemed to be faulty by our product support team then you will be offered the following options:
• Return of the goods the cost of delivery charged to you.
• Refund the invoice. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of our Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered.

Cancellation & Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting the day after delivery for credit or refund. Goods must be returned - and as in line with Distance Regulation - there should be duty of care of product while goods are in your possession. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.

The buyer will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of postage is to be borne by the customer. Return and refund is subject to claim validly and correctly notified in accordance with the Time Limitation for Notification of Claim paragraph of these terms, goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Goods received back complete as sold, including all accessories and as in line with Distance Selling Regulation - the consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period: You will be refunded the full invoice amount.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Goods received back where duty of care has not been taken by the consumer: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

UK Mains Plug 
All items requiring mains power will come with a UK Mains plug adhering to British Safety standards. If you are ordering products to be used outside the UK Mainland, you may need a converter plug of your own to operate your purchase.

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
